Steve Tippery
President & CEO, RealmFive
Steve Tippery is co-founder and CEO at RealmFive, a full-stack data and automation company based in Lincoln, NE. Steve grew up on a crop & livestock farm in Northeast Nebraska and has spent 30 years in the agricultural technology industry. He has held roles such as Design Engineer, Lead Engineer, Project Engineer, Program Manager, and Site Engineering Manager with several ag equipment companies including Caterpillar, CLAAS, and AGCO. Most of his early career involved leading new combine product development projects and programs. Between 1999 – 2002, Steve served a 3-year expatriate assignment in Germany. He enjoys leading teams of talented individuals to develop and commercialize disruptive technologies. Steve’s education highlights include a BS in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a fellowship with the Nebraska LEAD Program.
