Scott Henry is a Partner at LongView Farms, a 10,000-acre family farm located in Nevada, IA. LongView Farms raises corn, soybeans, and seed corn in addition to offering custom farming services for local landowners and farm managers. Scott focuses primarily on business development and growth for LongView and the other Henry family entities ranging from livestock production to real estate development.
LongView has long been committed to adopting new technologies and implementing solutions that bring impactful results. They have been early investors in several ag-focused technology start-ups including Granular and Farmers Risk. Scott graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, International Agriculture, and Finance, and received an MBA from the Kelley School of Business and an MS in Agricultural Economics from Purdue. In addition to his role at LongView Farms, Scott is also a Partner with Red Reef Partners, a North American focused farmland investment fund.
