Meri Lillia Mullins is a Technical Account Lead at Biome Makers, supporting growers, retailers, ag input manufacturers in seeing the soil system through a biological lens. Leveraging the insightful soil data from Biome Makers, Meri adeptly navigates her clients through the complexities of how their management techniques and agricultural inputs tangibly affect soil functionality.

Meri holds a B.S. in Chemical Environmental Engineering from the University of Toledo. She specializes in developing and designing processes to provide healthy air, water, and soil. In the years leading up to her role at Biome Makers, she worked with various organizations across the agri-food system in soil carbon markets, corporate agricultural strategy, soil health education and policy, and ranch management. Meri gained first-hand experience in agriculture while living and working at Lighthearted Ranch, spearheading projects in grassland regeneration. In 2018, Meri founded Growing Resilience, a women led advisory group that deploys programs for carbon sequestration, ecosystem services, and soil health. This work led to working with Antithesis Group, advising corporate clients on nature-based carbon removals strategy and project development, specializing specifically in climate-smart agriculture.

Her work centers around increasing resilience and sustainability in agriculture.
