Kaleb Bowman
Director of Operations, Agtegra
Kaleb Bowman is the Director of Agronomy Operations for Agtegra Cooperative. He has worked for Agtegra for 11 years in various roles, starting his career on the ground level in a general operations role at one of the agronomy centers. From there he moved into various roles of management: logistics, automation, location, area, and regional agronomy operations. Throughout the numerous roles he’s held, Kaleb’s passion has always been around operational efficiencies and determining where and how more can be done with less – saving labor and utilizing assets and/or technology to better compete and better serve.
He graduated from Northern State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in social sciences and history education. Kaleb resides in Aberdeen, SD, is married with four active boys, and is a volunteer coach for the numerous youth sports programs his sons are involved in.
