Agronomy Recruiting and Education Specialist, Heritage FS
Caity Heap is the Agronomy Recruiting and Education Specialist with Heritage FS. In her position, she hopes to increase ag awareness and understanding for communities and families because agriculture drives and supports communities, families, and businesses, and the more knowledge people have, the better we can be.
Caity worked in public education for 13 years, the majority of those years serving the early childhood population. She enjoys researching new teaching methods, forming relationships with students and families to best serve each child, and believes in the foundation of Individualized Education Plans.
Service and community involvement are also an important part of Caity’s life, as bettering the community that you are a part of is an integral part of growth. She served as the secretary for the Ford County Fair Board, actively plays a role in the children’s ministry at her church and manages an online platform for Early Childhood Education and resources for local community members.
