Amy Waite is an associate attorney in Faegre Drinker’s Environment and Energy practice. She remains on the pulse of regulatory developments, particularly in the food and agribusiness space. Amy’s interest in production agriculture began on her family’s fourth generation corn and soybean farm in southeastern Indiana. She studied agricultural economics at Purdue University, and since graduating law school her practice aims to address the environmental challenges of food companies and agribusiness organizations. She helps clients assess and manage both regulatory and litigation risk while advancing client goals related to sustainability.
