Amy Kinsler
Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Keystone Cooperative
Amy Kinsler has served in the agriculture industry since her graduation from Purdue University. Her early professional career started as an Extension Educator with Purdue. A few years later she moved into her sales career by joining Bayer Crop Science as a Crop Protection rep in Central Indiana. During that time, Co-Alliance became her Key Account and she eventually joined Co-Alliance as their Crop Protection Business Manager. This role evolved throughout the years as the cooperative grew and Co-Alliance’s seed business was added to Amy’s portfolio to manage.
Today Amy serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Co-Alliance Cooperative. In this role she works across Co-Alliance’s four divisions to ensure that Co-Alliance delivers on its promise of bringing its farmer-owners a high return on investment and industry leading products paired with excellent service while focusing on a safe & sustainable environment for our employees and customers.
Amy is married to a fifth-generation corn & soybean farmer in Central Indiana. They have three young children and work together to apply many of the practices and principles Co-Alliance brings forward on their own acres.
Amy is passionate about the role the ag cooperative plays in our customer’s business, employee’s livelihoods, and our local communities that bring life to our farm families. She believes strongly that agriculture has bright days ahead as we continue to work together to bring solutions to the American Farmer to help them feed the world.
