The Exhibitor Portal is your main go to resource that contains important information regarding including the Exhibitor Kit, targeted move-in dates, deadlines, ordering services, and other details to help you prepare for the event. For more information, please contact the Event Services Specialist.
REGISTER BOOTH STAFF
Avoid waiting in long lines at registration by registering your booth staff in advance. There will be a fee for additional badges over your allotment. For assistance with Booth Staff Registration, please contact the Event Services Specialist.

Important Reminder! We do not provide the attendee list to exhibitors. The best way to capture leads is to purchase a ‘LeadCapture’ license. We are working to launch this at a minimum 30-days before show dates. More details to come!

Many fake companies are targeting the Tech Hub LIVE Conference and Expo exhibitors with scams saying that they are the official event provider i.e., hotel vendors, selling the attendee list, or other types of companies.
We do not sell our lists to outside parties and do not work with any outside companies who may contact you to offer assistance in booking your hotel room(s), provide attendee lists, and/or other products/services.
If you receive anything from an unapproved vendor, please contact us immediately.
