Emily Bailey is the Marketing and Communications Director for Five Star Cooperative, a farmer-owned cooperative serving producers across North Iowa. She leads the cooperative’s marketing, communications, customer experience, and digital engagement efforts, with a focus on making it easier for customers to do business with the cooperative.

Emily played a key role in the development and launch of Five Star Link, the cooperative’s customer portal that provides farmers with convenient access to account information, grain contracts, invoices, payments, agronomy recommendations, and more. Under her leadership, Five Star Cooperative achieved nearly 50% adoption among Class A member-owners within the first year of launch, significantly outpacing previous digital adoption efforts.

Her work centers on understanding customer needs, simplifying processes, and creating technology solutions that deliver real value. Emily is passionate about bridging the gap between agriculture and technology, helping organizations drive adoption by focusing on customer experience first and technology second.
