Sarah Medrano
VP Product Management, Agri-Access
Sarah Medrano is the VP of Product Enablement at Compeer Financial, the parent organization of Agri-Access, where she leads a team of product managers, agile practitioners, and data professionals working to modernize how the agricultural lender delivers technology and value. She came to Compeer by way of Accenture, Cargill, and Amazon, a path that gave her a deep appreciation for what it takes to build durable change inside complex organizations. A University of Minnesota graduate with degrees in Economics and an MBA, Sarah is passionate about the intersection of technology, agriculture, and equity. She believes women in Agriculture and Tech bring something the industry needs more of— the patience to build things right, and the persistence to keep going when it’s hard. Sarah lives in Saint Paul with her husband, three children, and mini schnauzer.
