Dave Swain brings nearly 40 years of experience in agribusiness, including 28 years dedicated specifically to agricultural technology. Growing up on a Midwest farm, Dave developed a deep understanding of production agriculture that has guided his work across the seed, fertilizer, and crop protection retail sectors, as well as data management, equipment technology development and launch, precision agriculture operations, and ag technology and data sales.
Dave founded Vision Technology Management, LLC to help agribusinesses, farms, and ranches Identify, Evaluate, Implement, and Integrate ag technology solutions that fit their operational goals. His approach focuses on ensuring that technology aligns with each operation’s culture, strategy, and workflows—so new tools not only function properly, but truly become part of daily business practices and drive measurable value.
