FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Below are frequently asked questions addressing the precautions that will be taken due to the current COVID-19 climate and its effect on in-person events, as well as other common questions regarding the 2021 Tech Hub LIVE event. We are committed to ensuring your safety and comfort at the 2021 inaugural Tech Hub LIVE event. The Meister Media Worldwide Safe Event Protocol will be in effect for the 2021 event. The Protocol details the precautions we are taking, and are asking you to take, to ensure everyone’s safe participation at the event. All participants will be required to read and agree to the protocol during registration.

Please refer to the Safe Event Protocol for the most up to date information on mask requirements and other precautions.

We are asking that all participants monitor their own health daily before entering the show. Do not come if you have, or have experienced in the past fourteen (14) days, a fever, cough, shortness of breath or other cold and flu-like symptoms. We do not anticipate needing to require vaccination records or more stringent health screening processes in order to hold a safe event, consistent with local, state, and CDC guidance. Please refer to the Safe Event Protocol for the most up to date information.

One of the many reasons we chose the Iowa Events Center to hold the inaugural 2021 Tech Hub LIVE event was its space! Even with a COVID-safe setup in education areas and a custom designed tradeshow floor for wide aisle and extra spacing in and around booths, we don’t anticipate running into capacity concerns. However, we still recommend registering early (risk free) to secure the best rate.

These uncertain times call for flexibility. Registration is risk-free! If you must cancel, do so by June 28, 2021 to receive a full refund. And substitutions can be made at any time!

In the unfortunate occasion that we must cancel the in-person event, you will receive a full refund.
